What do you do to ease stress?

I exercise. My favorite form is walking, but when it's too cold I have to suck it up and do aerobics. Yuck. But, it really does lighten my mood and ease the stress a lot.

Eat. I recommend ice cream. If I'm up for it, I always enjoy a nice boxing workout with my trainer. It definitely eases the stress while burning the calories! Then I head home and eat the ice cream...it evens things out.

Play something silly with my family. Saturday, it was using my bedding as a tent. Enjoying the little moments makes dealing with life so much easier.

Run, for some reason, strapping on my running shoes and hitting the pavement seems to make everything melt away!

um... CHOCOLATE, lots of chocolate... and when Im glad im not stressed anymore i eat more chocolate... I REALLY like chocolate

Do something for someone else. Even if it's just bake cookies to take to a neighbor or person I visit teach. Forgetting myself & putting a little focus on other's always helps me de-stress.
