Surgery... Yet Again.

Laugh if you must but this is what my face looks like right now.


Don't mind that I haven't done my hair yet and have no makeup on. No worries.



Last Thursday night I woke up in the middle of the night with a toothache. I thought it was weird but oh well. That tooth ache hasn't gone away. I went in to the dentist on Tuesday. They told me I have two abscess teeth. Two teeth are infected at the roots. It's painful to say the least. It has made me really really sick to my stomach. Throwing up and all. I know you wanted to know that. They gave me pain medication but it makes me even more sick when I don't eat after taking it, but I can't eat because it kills.... Yesterday I went to the endodontist.(sp?) Anyway, they have to do surgery to fix it if they are going to save the two teeth. They will be cutting into my gums on Monday. Until then I look like this.

Labor Day.

I know what you're thinking. Labor Day? Wasn't that forever ago? The answer is yes, it was. I haven't had a chance to blog about it until now. We had a fun filled day. We relaxed a lot, both of us didn't have to work at all so we got to spend the WHOLE day together! To end the day and the summer we went swimming. Sadly, it was our first swimming day of the summer. At least for all of us together. Kade did a few swimming days in his little pool. Anyway, he loved it. There was a little water slide for kids and we couldn't get him off of it. He would climb up to the top of the stairs and slide down, then do it all over again.

It was a much need day of fun and family. A perfect way to end the summer.

The New Do.

It's not super different. It's shorter for sure. I said no more to the ponytail. I relied on it far too much. It was my safety. Now it's gone and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Caitlyn for allowing me (though you were not aware) to steal these pictures off of your blog! I've mentioned Caitlyn before. Go to her. She's good.

The waste. And honestly this picture doesn't even do it justice. There was a lot of hair chopped.





The after. I love it, it's so easy to do and today I showered, didn't do anything to it but comb it and it still looks fab. Love it! Thanks Caitlyn!
