I Love These Guys

We were shopping recently. Kade and Aaron decided to take a break. Kade decided the rest his head on his dad's arm. They're just so gosh dang cute.

(p.s. no aaron does not have elephantitis in his left hand. not sure why it appears that way.)

Movie Time

A few weeks ago we took Kade to experience his first theater adventure. (that he knew of, of course. Because when he was brand new we took him all the time and he'd sleep through them!) We saw Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakuel. We wondered how he would do sitting still for so long but he was mesmerized the whole time! He'd clap after every song and he even got in the aisle toward the end and danced while they were singing. Sorry the pictures are awful. Only a camera phone.

Our Little Shopper

Kade hates being put in the cart at the grocery store and throws a huge fit every time. We finally found something to keep him quiet!

Except he can't steer too well.

Some Befores and More Afters

We've been painting....and painting.... and painting. In the kitchen, we are finished painting and it is glorious. We primed, twice. Painted and now finishing touches are being made. There are still barstools to be purchased and a shelf to be hung. Oh and a giant one, there's currently carpet. We will be replacing that with laminate wood. But that is a project for a later date. Anyway, here are some pics. Unfortunately I took the before pictures after the cabinet doors were taken off. So just imagine it with them on.
